Out of the Woodwork
400-THE WOODWORKS
Design No. 3, and this one is all lumber. The back spells the number out the long way — FOUR HUNDRED in weathered varsity block, split by a pair of crossed bats drawn in old catalog-illustration linework, grain and tape wraps and all, with a scuffed baseball sitting in for the O. Up front, a small "400" on the chest pocket where two more baseballs stand in for the zeros. It runs on a Comfort Colors garment-dyed pocket tee in White, printed in aged bone and tobacco so the whole thing reads like it came off a hundred-year-old equipment page. Bats come out of the woodwork in October; so does this shirt. Off the press and on the shelf — pick your size and it ships from Chicago.
